Sleep is Super Important 

If you are not getting good sleep the hormones that stimulate your appetite increase(ghrelin), while the hormones that blunt it drop(leptin).  You will be craving all the wrong foods if you do not get adequate sleep.  This can have a negative effect on your weight, mood and wellbeing.

Work on your Sleep. Prioritise it. If you have a demanding lifestyle it is very important to get quality sleep.

Sinead’s Top Tips : Ensure room is dark, switch off all devices 1 hour before bedtime, quit caffeine after 2pm, eat more magnesium rich food shown to help aid restful sleep.
