Our Delicious Brie LT – A Luxurious Lunch

Are you looking for a luxurious and tasty sandwich for lunch? Well look no further because…We’ve just put the BRIE into the BLT.

Everyone loves a BLT right? We here at Supersubs love our classic BLT sub, but on one of our “how do we make the next big thing” days (which happens a lot) we asked ourselves…”how do we make the, already amazing, BLT even better?”.

We tried out various ingredients and discovered that brie works so good with bacon, then add a bit of red onion, rocket leaves, mayo, some sweet vine tomatoes and were almost there. A quick phone call to Florrie at the Scullery in Nenagh where she makes the most amazing homemade roasted red pepper relish (Check Out what other amazing products the Scullery offer HERE) and we’re getting closer.
Then we said “We have all the fantastic ingredients so what type of sub does it go on?” Of course it had to be our delicious new light chia seeded sub toasted to perfection!

Put all that together and BOOM there you have it – The New…The Delicious…The Ultimate Brie L T.
